Providing Complete Financial Services in One Location

In this highly sophisticated and rapidly changing financial environment, it is critical that individuals and businesses protect and enhance their current financial resources while also preparing for their future security. This requires careful planning and prudent management of one's financial assets.

Unfortunately, due to the complexity of today’s financial world, the day and age of the single advisor who can provide all necessary financial services has passed. No one type of professional can now adequately, handle such diverse financial needs as income taxes, investments, estate and retirement planning and risk management.

At the time of its formation, Gebhart & Associates, Inc. realized this and determined that it would assemble a unique professional staff that could truly offer complete financial services to both individuals and businesses "under one roof." The firm achieved that objective and its staff now includes Financial Planners, Registered Investment Advisors, and insurance professionals.

Our firm prides itself on providing prompt, personal and highly professional services. Gebhart & Associates, Inc. is committed to meeting its clients' financial needs now and in the future.

Experience

There's just no substitute for experience. It's a process you just can't shortcut, especially when you understand the unpredictability and volatility of the financial world and the speed at which it changes today. My clients can't afford the luxury of making that kind of mistake.

I've been at it since 1981, and I guess what I bring to my clients is the knowledge and the experience that can only come from over 25 years in this business through the good, the bad, the ups and downs. That peace of mine is so important. Everyone understands the value of good advice, but it's equally important to avoid bad advice. Bad advice can set you back as much as good advice can put you ahead.

A Good Financial Plan

A good financial plan is similar to a check up that can help diagnose your financial health. Financial planning initially may seem overwhelming when all facets of a good financial plan are considered. However, if a step by step approach is taken, the pieces come together to form a complete picture.

But before we can look at the complete picture, we need to examine the individual components first. Here are some questions to think about...

For Example:

  • How much am I worth today? (That's your Current profile)
  • Am I minimizing my taxes? (That's Tax planning)
  • How much do I need to save to send my kids to college? (That's College planning)
  • How do I want to live during retirement and will I run out of money? (Retirement planning)
  • Will my assets pass to my beneficiaries according to my wishes and in an efficient manner? (This is Estate planning)
  • If I were to die unexpectedly, could my surviving family afford to maintain their current lifestyle? (That's Survivor protection)
  • Do I have adequate disability coverage to ensure my current lifestyle if I or my spouse were to become disabled? (Income protection)
  • Is my current investment strategy in line with all of my goals and objectives? (Investment planning).

This is why they call it a comprehensive financial plan and this is what we specialize in doing for our clients, in other words, tying all the loose ends together.
